Responsibilities - Automotive Finance Manager: Present finance, lease, and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally Obtain finance approvals by working directly with banks and lenders Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring compliance Prepare and review all documentation for accuracy and legal compliance Sell extended warranties, protection plans, and additional F&I products Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the transaction process Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and vendors Stay current with lending programs, policies, and industry compliance standards
Qualifications/Requirements - Automotive Finance Manager:
MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A FINANCE MANAGER IN AN
AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP Direct, hands-on experience managing F&I processes, structuring deals, and securing financing Deep understanding of automotive finance products, lender guidelines, and compliance laws Proven success in selling finance and aftermarket products Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach Valid driver's license and clean driving record Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!
