Yes Essential Responsibilities: Efficiently prioritize and schedule diagnostic exams while coordinating with physicians and care teams. Prepare patients for exams by ensuring identity verification and educating them about procedures. Conduct high-quality cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols. Communicate clearly with medical professionals regarding examination findings and patient requirements. Document exam results accurately and ensure proper coding for procedures and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of ultrasound equipment and workspaces. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills. Provide guidance and support to new team members based on your experience level. Minimum Qualifications: Registry Eligible: Completion of an accredited cardiac or vascular sonography program Eligible for ARDMS or CCI certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers Tech I: ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography BLS certification for healthcare providers Tech II: ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography BLS certification for healthcare providers Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiac or vascular sonography Tech III: ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography BLS certification for healthcare providers Must meet all of the following additional criteria: Competency Requirements: Experience in adult congenital echo, pediatric echo, and structural heart interventions. Assist in Cath Lab/OR procedures and vascular surgery. Pelvic congestion vascular competency is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Physical Requirements: Ability to see and read information, assess patient needs, and operate equipment. Frequent communication with patients and care providers. Manual dexterity for operating delicate equipment and performing documentation tasks. Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed. Expected to transport patients and distribute supplies effectively. May require prolonged standing or driving as necessary. Location: Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital Work City:
