Job Summary We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Global Digital Marketing Leader (B2B) to steer our digital marketing strategy and execution. The right candidate will possess a robust background in digital marketing, with a particular emphasis on paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and utilizing Large Language Models and Optimization (LLMO) for growth. This position merges strategic leadership with hands-on execution and involves managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Devise and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence. Oversee all facets of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, account-based marketing (ABM), content syndication, and social media for the B2B sector. Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and LLMO, integrating them into our strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional regional marketers to set clear objectives, define targets, and measure success metrics.

Paid Media Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across diverse platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Display Ads). Manage the paid media budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign performance and offer data-driven insights and recommendations.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Create and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

LLMO Strategy and Implementation

Devise strategies to boost our brand's visibility within Large Language Models. Identify opportunities for using LLMO for content creation, personalization, and automation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMO into our marketing technology ecosystem.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Encourage a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team knowledge and skills. Deliver comprehensive digital guidance, with strategies to achieve key targets like inquiries, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), opportunities, and revenue.

Budget Management

Oversee and allocate the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimization and ROI. Prepare regular budget forecasts and distribution plans.

Agency Management & Onboarding

Manage relationships with external agencies, including onboarding new partners and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as the primary liaison between Logitech and agency partners for digital initiatives.

Web Development Collaboration

Work with web development teams to optimize the website for marketing campaigns. Provide insights on website design and functionality to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Ensure the website adheres to SEO best practices and marketing goals.

Analytics and Reporting

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities. Conduct performance analysis and recommend enhancements to maximize ROI. Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and improvement recommendations. Utilize data to drive decision-making and refine marketing strategies. Create processes to monitor, report, and enhance core marketing KPIs.

Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience : 10+ years in digital marketing, emphasizing paid media, SEO, and LLMO; proven record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies; strong grasp of SEO principles and practices; agency experience is a plus. Skills : Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics); understanding of web development technologies; strong leadership and management abilities; exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation capabilities. Compensation This position typically offers an annual base salary between $120,000 and $200,000. In specific scenarios, higher compensation will be considered based on business needs, candidate experience, and skill level.
