Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville location, 816 Eastern Pkwy! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and quality standards
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in work schedule
Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication
Qualifications: Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs
Multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously
Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate
Attention to detail in order preparation and customer interactions
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
Positive attitude and easy-going personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Food service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
