Maintenance Technician II

McDonough, GA
Pay:
$33-$36/hr. (based on experience)
Shifts Available: Weekend Shift: Sat-Wed | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Thurs & Fri OFF) About the Role We're hiring a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician II at our McDonough, GA facility. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support smooth production operations on the line-all while helping to drive efficiency and uptime. Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance per schedule and documentation. Support new equipment installation and process improvements. Partners with operators and maintenance team to reduce downtime. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities. Operate in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to water, steam, dust, and chemicals. Assist in training and collaborate with leadership on projects. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Familiar with motors, PLCs, conveyor systems, water/wash systems, welding, orgeneral facility maintenance. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
