The QTI Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established metal manufacturing facility for a Maintenance Technician position on 3rd shift. This DIRECT HIRE opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and enjoy solving complex equipment challenges.
Schedule:Sunday - Thursday
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Compensation & Benefits:Hourly Pay: $32-$38/hour (based on experience)
Additional Pay: On-call compensation

Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and PM procedures
Document maintenance activities using computer systems
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Basic computer and math proficiency
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
