opportunity with a well-established credit union. The credit union is committed to the financial well-being of all county employees, Sheriff's Office personnel, State of Florida employees, and their family members.

The position is long term temporary to hire.

Teller/Member Care Specialist

responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include: Performing routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing. Verify and process, under dual control, night drop, mail, and ATM deposits and transactions. Selling credit union monetary instruments. Providing members with the necessary forms to conduct business at the credit union. Examining checks for proper endorsements and negotiability. Providing members with accurate receipts for transactions. Cross-selling all credit union products and services. Performing all transactions in compliance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, including BSA/AML/CIP compliance. Balancing the cash drawer, verifying and securing cash, monetary instruments, and property. Responding to member requests, problems, and complaints or directing them to the appropriate person. Receiving and routing member account information to the proper departments. Required qualifications for the position include :

High School diploma or equivalent. Previous teller or cash-handling experience is desirable. Proficiency with 10-key calculators and light typing skills. A professional appearance and good interpersonal skills. Fast and efficient work habits, mature judgment, and a willingness to learn new tasks, accept changes, and take on new responsibilities. Pay Rate Range : $19.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
