We are seeking a Civil Drafter / CAD Tech in Cincinnati, OH to support land development and infrastructure projects. This role involves preparing construction documents for subdivisions, commercial developments, utilities, storm drainage systems, and site design projects. You’ll work closely with engineers and project managers while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and prepare plans for subdivisions, apartments, and commercial sites Develop designs for roads, parking areas, stormwater systems, and utilities Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for high-quality design and documentation Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and local review agencies
What’s Required:
1+ year of experience (entry-level considered with strong CAD/Civil 3D skills) Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Details:
Pay: $25–35/hr (DOE) Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: M–F, 8–5 Term: 6-month temp-to-perm Work from Home: Possible after training Overtime: Available as needed
