We're seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within our warehousing and logistics team. In this role, you'll oversee inventory movement, receiving, material staging, and shipping functions-ensuring product accuracy, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. You'll also play a key role in developing warehouse team members and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipments. Supervise and coach warehouse associates, approve PTO, and enforce safety and performance standards. Maintain and monitor entries into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP (QAD). Coordinate raw material staging for production and maintain packaging inventory levels. Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits, investigating variances and maintaining compliance. Support internal audits, safety programs, and housekeeping standards. Collaborate with supply planning, production, and transportation partners to coordinate inventory flow. Ensure adherence to food safety and quality assurance documentation. Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in food or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word. Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of accuracy and accountability. Must be able to lift 60+ lbs. and work in cold environments. Why Rosina?
