Maintenance Technician (Downtown - Oahu) JH

Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail, and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and Big Island. We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position located in a multi-story building.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, and light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting experience is required. Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs. Duties:

Strong organizational skills. Troubleshooting abilities. Electrical, mechanical, and basic HVAC skills. Create and maintain purchase orders. Preventative Maintenance experience. Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc. Valid Driver's license. Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm Compensation range:
