Monday to Thursday, 3:20 PM - 1:50 AM. Competitive Pay:
$20 - $22 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Quality Standards: Follow all ESD and Board Handling protocols. Handle Sensitive Components: Use proper Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) techniques. Precision Matters: Verify product builds and part numbers, using process sheets to ensure accuracy. Technical Tasks: Operate digital volt multi-meters (DVM), load/unload feeders for SMT machines, and use reel counters for teardown tasks. Inventory Management: Label inventory, manage kits, and address material shortages and requisitions. Documentation: Complete all inventory control documents accurately. Component Handling: Prepare and assemble parts using hand tools and machines. Quality Assurance: Support ISO standards in quality, health, safety, and security. What We're Looking For:
Experience: Knowledge of electronic manufacturing systems (OCuity) and IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification. Certifications: Must pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2. Skills: Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and work processes. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage inventory efficiently.
