About being our Assistant Project Manager - CEQA/NEPA:

As an

Assistant Project Manager - Environmental Services specializing in CEQA/NEPA,

we are looking for a motivated environmental professional with 5-10 years of working knowledge and experience in CEQA/NEPA review and document preparation. As the ideal candidate, you will work closely with our Project Managers to prepare and deliver high-quality environmental services for land development, infrastructure, and utility clients.

As a member of our

Environmental Services Team , you will help deliver creative solutions for clients' environmental compliance requirements and prepare high quality deliverables that Psomas Environmental Services is known for. The Assistant Project Manager supports coordination with technical experts, schedule and budget management, client communication, and overall project management to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibility Highlights for our Assistant Project Manager - CEQA/NEPA:

Be the Primary Author and Point of Contact for small to mid-size CEQA/NEPA documents

Act as Key Contributor/Author on sections for large and/or complex projects

Assist project managers in the preparation, organization, and production of environmental documents

Summarize technical reports and incorporate subconsultant information, personal research, and prior knowledge into environmental documents

Communicate with clients, agencies, and subconsultants as assigned to collect and verify project-related information

Collaborate with the project team to ensure delivery of work products on schedule and budget

Seek regular opportunities for personal and professional growth in a team-oriented and dynamic setting

Minimum Qualifications to be our Assistant Project Manager - CEQA/NEPA:

Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, land development, planning/policy, or related field or comparable training

5-10 years of experience in preparing CEQA/NEPA analyses, demonstrating a consistent reputation for high quality delivery

Applicants with specific expertise or interests (i.e., wildfire, transportation, utilities, air quality/GHG, noise/vibration, cultural or historic resources, SEPA, etc.) encouraged to apply

A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $83,200 - $104,000/salary depending on experience Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
