Role: Quality Manager/Lead

Job Description: Data Validation & Reconciliation: Validate and reconcile migrated data between legacy/core systems and Salesforce/nCino. Perform record-level and field-level comparisons for loan/account/collateral data Test Planning & Design: Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases specific to data migration testing. Define Day-0 (initial load) and Delta (ongoing sync) test strategies. Identify key data elements and transformation logic for validation. Test Execution & Reporting: Execute tests using SQL, SOQL, Automation scripts or reconciliation tools. ADO - Log defects, track resolution, and retest. Generate test summary reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders Collaboration: Work closely with Data Migration team, Salesforce developers, core banking SMEs, and business analysts to understand mapping, logic, and business rules. Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis.
Good understanding of Salesforce/nCino data model - especially for Loans, Accounts, Collateral. Understanding of financial/banking domain data, especially in loan origination and servicing. Ability to interpret mapping documents, transformation rules, and field-level specifications. Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills. able to interact with business and technical teams. Strong SQL. ability to write complex queries for data validation. SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) proficient in querying Salesforce/nCino data. Hands-on experience in data reconciliation and validation across systems. Experience working with large data volumes and batch migration testing.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to design comprehensive test plans and interpret test results. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues during testing and automation.
