Maintenance: Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers) Repairs: Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs Documentation: Record maintenance activities via company iPad/iPhone Customer Service: Advise clients and ensure system efficiency Safety: Adhere to regulations and company standards

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required: 2-5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, pass drug/background checks Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship or technical training Physical: Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPE Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel Tools & Support

Provided: Fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE Required: Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
