Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Mixed position with variable shifts including nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays • 8-bed operating room unit with 1:1 patient ratios • Rotate to weekend days or nights with call also required • 2 years experience in a hospital setting required • Must have orthopedic, general, and neuro surgery skills • Circulating as primary skill required, scrub skills are a plus • Trauma experience preferred • Typical procedures include mostly orthopedic, general, neuro, robotic, and trauma surgeries • Required certifications: ACLS and BLS • EMR system: Meditech • Scrubs provided by facility • No floating to other areas required • Hard worker personality fit preferred Facility: This regional medical center operates a comprehensive 8-bed operating room suite specializing in diverse surgical services including orthopedic, general, neurosurgical, robotic, and trauma procedures. The facility maintains a collaborative team environment with registered nurses and certified surgical technologists working together to provide high-quality perioperative care.
