The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Executive Team, driving financial performance, managing risks, and providing strategic guidance to support the business's growth and sustainability. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, particularly in the areas of subscription-based, recurring revenue, and revenue recognition. The CFO will be responsible for all financial aspects, including leading financial planning and analysis, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the CFO will be central to growth planning and execution, with a focus on driving revenue, EBITDA, and margins. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior financial role, particularly in a high-growth SaaS environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling B2B software/SaaS companies, ideally beyond $100M, and a background in venture-backed startup businesses. Key skills include in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and strong financial planning, modeling, and analytical skills.
