Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Location: Cambridge, MA

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting staff responsible for the following:
• Perform accounting for investments, real estate, substantial asset holdings (multiple classes), trusts, and other related businesses for a range of clients
• Assist with preparing monthly financial statements/reports
• Assist with external audits
• Assist with financial summaries requested by clients
• Prepare monthly reconciliations
• Support tax group with tax filing deadlines (no prep, just provide workpapers)
• Various financial projects for clients

Requirements

• BS in Accounting/Finance
• CPA is strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with a public accounting foundation
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player – motivated and inspired
• Strong work ethic & attention to detail
