The Advanced Therapeutics Program Director oversees the onboarding and utilization of gene therapies, cellular therapies, therapeutic vaccines, and other complex therapies. This role involves managing clinical, operational, and financial aspects related to advanced therapy products. The Program Director collaborates with teams across medicine, nursing, research, finance, payor relations, and revenue cycle to optimize strategies ensuring high-quality patient care. Clinical: Evaluate approved therapies and monitor incoming pipelines in coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Operations: Assess the feasibility of pharmaceutical requirements versus operational capabilities. Finance: Collaborate on procurement procedures for new medications with pharmacy and finance teams. Leadership: Manage multiple projects, demonstrating strong organization and communication skills. Regulatory/Quality: Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or B.S.) with 5-7 years of experience, or equivalent experience, including residency and relevant hospital pharmacy experience. Master's Degree preferred. Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri (MO) or must obtain license within 90 days. Specialty Certification preferred upon hire. Benefits at Children's Mercy

Remote Work/Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position. The hired individual will coordinate with their manager to establish a schedule that includes both remote and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The candidate must reside in the Kansas City metro area. EEO Employer/Disabled/Vet
