Your Career Path:

Start by building your expertise in estimating. As you gain confidence and begin developing relationships with clients, we’ll support your transition into a dual role that includes business development and account management. You’ll eventually manage your own book of business while still leaning on your strong estimating foundation.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare/sending accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and piping projects (up to $10M) Perform detailed take-offs from architectural and mechanical plans/specs Break down material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs Manage bid documentation, proposals, and vendor/subcontractor communication Collaborate with the senior estimating team and project managers Begin building client relationships as part of your long-term transition into sales Communicating with mechanical engineers and responding to RFI’s Communicating with clients to address questions and clearly outline inclusions and exclusions

Who We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in mechanical or piping estimating, especially commercial work in the Phoenix market Estimating software knowledge (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BuildOps) or a strong desire to learn Strong technical and analytical skills with an interest in building client relationships over time Someone who is

focused on estimating today , but

open to growing into a sales role Understanding of construction drawings, specs, and take-off processes High attention to detail, follow-through, and strong communication Further education in construction management, engineering, or trade programs a plus
