What You’ll Do: As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you’ll support site work operations using a range of construction machinery. You’ll be responsible for operating equipment safely and efficiently to support the on-time delivery of projects while maintaining and inspecting your machinery to ensure reliability and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders, and rollers Follow all safety procedures and job specifications for operating machinery Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition Clean and store equipment properly at the end of each shift Report mechanical issues or repair needs promptly Follow all local, state, and federal safety guidelines Actively contribute to a safe and efficient worksite environment Work on uneven terrain and in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For: Required: 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment Solid knowledge of equipment safety and proper operation standards Ability to inspect, clean, and conduct minor repairs on machinery Strong situational awareness and attention to detail Physically able to lift 50–90 pounds frequently and work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable walking on uneven terrain and climbing on/off equipment safely Willingness to perform manual labor as needed Experience

reading site plans and grading layouts Ability to work flexible hours, starting as early as 6:30 am, with possible overtime Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
