Product Data Analyst
to join our growing
Data and Product Analytics team , driving the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and product intelligence. The ideal candidate is a data storyteller with a strong foundation in
data modeling, advanced analytics, and insight generation , and who can translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and enhance customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business leaders to design and optimize data models, build scalable analytical frameworks, and experiment with
Generative AI
tools to automate insights and strengthen product intelligence. Key Responsibilities
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define, track, and measure key product and business metrics. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries across large-scale, distributed databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.). Build and maintain analytical data models and pipelines to support dashboards, reporting, and experimentation. Leverage
Python
(Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, etc.) for data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis. Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards using
Power BI, Tableau, Looker , or similar visualization tools. Apply data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake, dimensional modeling) to create scalable analytical datasets. Collaborate with data engineering teams to uphold data quality, governance, and lineage across the analytics ecosystem. Communicate insights through clear data storytelling and visual narratives tailored for non-technical audiences. Explore and experiment with
Generative AI and ML frameworks
(e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI, DataRobot) to automate reporting, augment analytics, and enrich product insights. Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in
data analytics, product analytics, or data engineering
roles. Advanced proficiency in
SQL
(PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift). Strong command of
Python
for data manipulation, automation, and analytics workflows. Proven experience in
data modeling, ETL pipeline design , and analytical data warehousing. Solid understanding of
data governance, metadata management, and analytical best practices . Hands‑on experience with
BI/visualization tools
such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Familiarity with
cloud data platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure). Exposure to or curiosity about
Generative AI ,
LLMs , and
AI‑assisted analytics
tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.). Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field . Experience working in
BFSI, FinTech, or SaaS product analytics
environments. Knowledge of
A/B testing , experimentation frameworks, and
causal inference
techniques. Experience integrating analytics into
product roadmaps and customer journey intelligence
