QA/QC Inspector
to support our
Quality Assurance and Metrology
operations by performing detailed inspections and ensuring dimensional accuracy throughout the production process. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining product quality and supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality functions. What We Offer

Perform
dimensional and visual inspections
of precision components and assemblies using a variety of inspection tools and equipment. Interpret
engineering drawings
and apply
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
principles to verify conformance to specifications. Conduct
First Article Inspections (FAI) ,
in‑process , and
final inspections
to support manufacturing operations. Identify and document
non‑conformances , assist in
root cause analysis , and support
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) . Prepare and maintain
inspection documentation , reports, and quality records in accordance with
cGMP ,
ISO , or
AS9100
standards. Collaborate cross‑functionally with
Quality, Engineering, and Production
teams to ensure effective communication and quality control. Support the maintenance and calibration of inspection tools and metrology equipment. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
Quality Inspection
or
Quality Assurance
within a
precision manufacturing
environment (medical device, aerospace, or similar). Strong understanding of
GD&T ,
inspection methods , and
technical drawing interpretation . Proficient in the use of
inspection tools
(micrometers, calipers, indicators, comparators, etc.). Familiarity with
ISO 9001 ,
AS9100 , or
cGMP
quality systems and documentation practices. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production environment. Contact
