General Description We have an opening for a
Project Sales Engineer
at our
Phoenix branch . A Project Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling and managing HVAC design‑build retrofit projects and assisting in growing our energy service business. The candidate will be marketing and selling to facility owners and managers in various commercial markets including hospitality, healthcare, commercial property management, local government and industrial.

Requirements Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications
College degree, ME or CEM
Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
Experience with business to business sales
Knowledge of the business environment in the Arizona region
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications
Over 18 years of
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience
Strong written and verbal English skills
Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
