Responsibilities
The Production Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring all production floor activities run smoothly and efficiently:
Manage daily production operations
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
Monitor staffing levels and material availability to meet production schedules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational or quality issues
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
Maximize equipment and process capacities to achieve optimal performance
Support and participate in internal and external audits related to Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, including mechanical and electrical systems
Proven track record in a leadership role
