What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and inspire a talented culinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Design and execute menus for restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining that showcase Portland’s regional flavors and sustainable ingredients.

Maintain Hilton’s high culinary standards while introducing creative innovation that delights guests and drives revenue.

Oversee food cost controls, inventory, sanitation, vendor relations, and quality assurance.

Partner with F&B leadership to elevate guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Foster a culture of teamwork, growth, and accountability consistent with Hilton’s CARE values—Creating A Rewarding Experience for guests and team members alike.

Who You Are

A culinary leader with at least 5 years of Executive or Executive Sous Chef experience in full-service or upscale hotel environments.

A champion of local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine, with a deep appreciation for Portland’s food culture.

A strategic thinker with proven success in cost management, menu engineering, and team development.

An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a culture that values CARE—Creating A Rewarding Experience for guests and team members alike.

A SERV Safe-certified professional with a strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and labor management.
