As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will ensure all facilities are in top‑notch condition, perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, all while providing outstanding service to our. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of the property to identify issues and necessary repairs. Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. Lead preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work. Respond to requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Lead Maintenance Technician experience in the multifamily industry. Must participate in on-call rotation for nights/weekends. Universal EPA Certification. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
