Investigate system and equipment problems and provide technical guidance for problem resolution Conduct machine failure root cause analysis and problem solving Utilize statistical methods for continuous improvement of plant systems Analyze product, process and technology to identify best methods of manufacture Develop cost estimates, investment forecasts, business cases, and plans for minor project activity Develop and supervise planning timetables and project schedules Coordinate with area manufacturing engineers on process and equipment planning, including model change and throughput considerations Support GMS and Quality Network implementation initiatives Program manufacturing technology (PLC, HMI, Robotics, etc.) Assist maintenance personnel in operation and maintenance of niche equipment Job Location

Walk and stand for prolonged periods Read standardized work instructions, operate machines/tools, and perform quality inspections Detect and respond to safety instructions, alarms, and signals Wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hats, ear protection, safety shoes) Work in a loud manufacturing environment Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and reaching Lift up to 15 pounds; occasionally up to 40 pounds Occasionally sit, climb, and drive vehicles or equipment Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science Graduating between August 2026 and May 2029 Full-time availability (40 hours/week) Willing to work in a plant environment Enrolled in a co-op program at your university Preferred Qualifications
Leadership demonstrated in academics, extracurriculars, or service Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to synthesize data Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines Proactive, resourceful, and able to deliver innovative solutions Compensation and Benefits
