A local company with a facility in the Plymouth area is currently seeking a Conveyor Controls Engineer for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Conveyor Controls Engineers looking for an opportunity with a company that offers technologically challenging projects, excellent work/home life balance (4x10’s- Fridays off), and excellent growth opportunities.
Conveyor Controls Engineers will be working a full-time, with salaries anticipated to be $35-$50 per hour with bonus opportunities based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and more.
Qualified Conveyor Controls Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
3+ years of recent/relevant controls or electrical engineering experience with conveyors - power and free, CDLR, Skid/Skillet, or closely related. Experience with paint shop conveyors is a strong benefit.
Experience programming Allen Bradley PLC controls, including troubleshooting, de‑bugging, and writing code from scratch and using a template.
Proficiency with electrical hardware design using AutoCAD.
Travel is anticipated to be between 10-20% overnight, typically shorter duration trips.
Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
Must be able to complete standard pre‑hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
