Role and Responsibilities
Communicating in a matrixed organization, proactively identifying supply gaps, developing an action plan to mitigate those gaps.
Identifying the need to elevate issues and following the escalation path in a timely manner.
Deciphering demand and determining the best viable options to meet needs in a supply‑constrained environment.
Creatively solving problems under extreme pressure and with urgent timelines.
Completing root‑cause analyses to develop systemic solutions.
Analyzing global supply forecast against local customer demands.
Demand & supply planning to ensure on‑time and complete material availability at the customer site.
Following and implementing standard processes while adapting to business‑environment changes.
Collaborating with the supply‑chain site lead to adapt to customer and site‑specific needs.
Influencing change to the supply planning for the customer site when the demand analysis does not align with global supply projections.
Driving competence and standardization within the Customer Supply Chain roadmap for EXE sustaining.
Partnering with key stakeholders, project leaders, engineering and account teams, and central teams to influence actions and results.
Developing operational plans to support field events (material demand & supply, people and resources, local constraints, and infrastructure).
Executing plans while closely monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance KPIs to stakeholders.
Identifying, initiating and collaborating to drive improvements.
Working closely with the 3PL, dock coordinators, and the in‑fab logistics team to manage all material flows to, from, and inside the customer factory.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a similar relevant field, or equivalent years of experience.
5–7 years of work experience in supply chain or a relevant field with an understanding of supply chain concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Other Information
Must be willing to be available occasionally on weekends for escalation management.
