Team Supervisor - Giant Center Food & Beverage Warehouse

This position will supervise and facilitate Food & Beverage Warehouse operations across the Entertainment Complex by monitoring team members within their assigned scheduled shift and ensuring the proper execution of receiving, delivering, and ordering practices in line with Food and Beverage Warehouse standards.

Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):
Coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of inventory from the warehouse to F&B outlets throughout Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hershey Theatre, and Hersheypark Stadium. Ensure all food and beverage items are stored in compliance with Food Code and delivered in a timely manner to F&B outlets.*
Ensure accuracy of all invoices for inbound product. Assist Manager with inventory control and receiving through our control systems.*
Create orders for restock of the warehouse within the guidelines and time frame required for orders from each specific vendor.*
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to the proper use of PPE, safe ergonomic practices, proper food safety, and vehicle safety usage and compliance.*
Complete walkthroughs of areas of responsibility to identify safety and maintenance-related issues and address these concerns with Managers, including completion of operational equipment and vehicle safety audits.*
Ensure the strict adherence of Child Labor Laws and report any potential violations to a full-time manager immediately. Complete daily operating paperwork to include break schedules and timesheets.*
Conduct employee training, provide supervision and support to the team, coach employees, and conduct follow-up training when necessary.
Assist in other F&B Departmental work assignments, outside of normal standard location, while complying with all work locations policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
Industry Experience - Amusement Park, Other.
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
18 years of age or older.
Post-Employment - ServSafe Allergen, ServSafe Handler, RAMP.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures.
Job Demands
Climbing ladders – occasional.
Reaching forward – occasional.
Climbing stairs – occasional.
Lifting – frequent (50 lbs maximum).
Reaching overhead – occasional.Hand/Eye Coordination – frequent.
Stooping – occasional.

Must be able to speak and read English.
Hazardous conditions: moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, high heat, chemicals, etc.

Extreme cold: typical temperatures below 32° for more than one hour.
Environmental conditions: activities inside and outside; weather exposure.
