Job Summary

Responsible for supply/demand management, analytics, and support to Charter initiatives. Develop and improve key metrics and processes and ensure supply continuity for Charter’s customers. Major Duties And Responsibilities

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Provide weekly/monthly demand forecast based on received inputs from other organizations for key Charter products, including monthly actuals and future forecasted items. Escalate or challenge the data as part of the overall demand planning process. Prepare a weekly/monthly purchase forecast that supports the forecasted demand, ensuring forecasted purchases cover the required supply levels at the individual product level. Provide necessary reporting to external customers to align the organization on key product items and produce vendor forecast files. Hold meetings to ensure supply continuity and elevate shortages to management promptly. Work with Procurement to create daily/weekly/monthly purchase orders, ensuring proper delivery dates and vendor acceptance of the orders. Take on additional duties as assigned to support the enterprise, including ad‑hoc analysis that may arise throughout the month. Qualifications

Required Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to gather comprehensive requirements and deliver results expediently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working efficiently under deadlines. Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment. Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and concepts. Direct planning knowledge. Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain. Required Experience

Planning and reporting experience – 1 to 2 years. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of cable systems and operations. Experience with SAP Systems. Experience with Planning Tools. Experience with Ariba systems. Working Conditions
