Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Lead and support Teamcenter PLM upgrades including RAC, Visualization Mockup, and Active Workspace applications
Perform end-to-end implementation activities: requirement gathering, business use case mapping, design, development, testing, and deployment
Maintain and customize Teamcenter Business Modeler (BMIDE), including data models, types, workflow conditions, and deployment packages
Configure and enhance PLM-to-ERP (Costpoint) data transfer interfaces
Support and troubleshoot Teamcenter RAC (2-tier/4-tier), Structure Manager, Access Manager, Workflow Designer, and CAD integrations
Customize Active Workspace UI components including forms, tiles, themes, stylesheets, rules, LOVs, release statuses, and datasets
Provide production support for Teamcenter PLM, Visualization Mockup, ERP integration, and integrated CAD (CREO) functionalities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for packaging, setup, testing, and deployment across development, QA, and production environments
Open and manage GTAC IR/ER tickets and work directly with Siemens for issue resolution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM implementation and support
Strong knowledge of BMIDE, Active Workspace, and Teamcenter architecture
Experience with ERP systems integration, preferably Costpoint
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software project management
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
