The AMS Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $19.90 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $21,000 and $76,600.
Pay $19.90/hr + commission + up to $450/week additional training pay* for the first 10 weeks only.
Schedule Part‑time, 3‑4 days per week. Must be available to attend events throughout Sacramento County; afternoon/night and weekend availability needed.

Role Overview As an Event Marketing Agent, you will offer guests financial incentives in exchange for learning about our points‑based ownership product. You will attend events such as sporting events, concerts, malls, fairs, and trade shows to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club® Program.

Typical Day
Schedule sales presentations or offer specially priced vacation packages to guests at events and off‑site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation or purchase a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Perform repetitive physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
