Senior Marketing Analyst, Pure Leaf Commercial – PepsiCo Senior Marketing Analyst to lead growth on Pure Leaf within the Pepsi‑Lipton Partnership (joint venture with Unilever). Responsible for supporting and executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and commercial strategy, driving brand growth through innovation and core sales, and partnering with sales, upstream marketing, portfolio marketing, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal and external resources (brand communications, sales, finance, supply chain, insights, design, legal, agencies, etc.) to deliver against the brand’s marketing priorities.

Develop and drive brand’s national programming, including concept development, consumer engagement, and in‑store execution.

Lead retail programming through the commercial challenger playbook process.

Support innovation commercialization, including national or channel‑specific packs, and develop sell‑in materials.

Own the Pure Leaf portion of our Period Business Review (PBR) meetings for the PLP, sharing business performance and analysis, and providing storytelling leadership.

Support the annual operating plan process for the brand.

Manage the Pure Leaf commercial marketing budget.

Qualifications

Minimum: Undergraduate degree.

Minimum: 3 years of prior marketing experience.

Preferred: Marketing experience within consumer‑packaged goods.

Skills & Capabilities

Strong interpersonal and strategic influencing skills to drive clarity and efficiency with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Analytical or financial fluency, partnering with finance and sales to report on business performance.

Executive maturity – able to represent the brand within the JV/PBNA and report to senior leadership.

Proficiency in briefing, critiquing, and guiding agencies on program development.

Critical thinking and business acumen with detailed time and project management.

Skillful at navigating a complex, matrixed dual‑company organization to drive alignment.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected compensation range: $84,000 – $140,650.

Annual bonus of 8% of salary.
