Civil Litigation Attorney - Mid-Level

We are seeking a mid to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our commercial and civil litigation practice in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of civil litigation experience, prior federal judicial clerkship, and trial experience. Candidates must currently be licensed to practice in Colorado. Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Research and analyze legal issues Conduct discovery and depositions Advise clients on legal matters Negotiate settlements Represent clients in court & trial proceedings Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations Work Environment
