The Opportunity Were seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of modular construction projects on U.S. military bases utilizing cutting-edge building system. This is not container fabrication it is high-performance factory-built housing technology designed for speed efficiency and resilience.
This role is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in complex mission-critical environments and is inspired by building smarter faster and greener. What Youll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of modular construction projects from preconstruction through installation and closeout ensuring excellence in quality safety and delivery.
Manage relationships with U.S. Air Force base officials federal contracting officers and local authorities coordinating site access compliance and approvals.
Partner with architects engineers and factory teams to align modular fabrication with field installation schedules.
Oversee project budgets cost controls and reporting using Procore or equivalent platforms.
Drive accountability among subcontractors ensuring adherence to RISE standards and DoD construction requirements.
Lead jobsite meetings inspections and QA / QC reviews with precision and purpose.
Foster a culture of collaboration safety and service living out RISEs core values on every project site.
What You Bring
7 years of progressive construction management experience ideally in modular panelized or federal / military construction (NAVFAC USACE or AFCEC).
Deep understanding of federal contracting safety compliance and site logistics in controlled environments.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong financial and scheduling acumen; ability to forecast problem-solve and adapt.
Proficiency with Procore MS Project or Primavera.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
PMP QC Management (USACE / NAVFAC) or similar certification preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
