Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – SCM or WMS
(2 separate openings)
Are you passionate about leveraging Oracle Fusion to optimize supply chain and warehouse operations? Employment Group is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to help a fast-paced food manufacturing company transform their processes and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and IT teams to analyze, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion SCM and/or WMS modules for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Configure, test, and support day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning, and Warehouse Management System.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as a key liaison between end-users and technical teams.
Develop user training materials and deliver hands-on training to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights on inventory accuracy, production schedules, and warehouse performance.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and business process optimization.
Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and actionable Oracle system improvements.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion
SCM modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning)
or
WMS (lot control, lock codes, inventory flow, config)
Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing processes, including lot controls, material flow, work order planning, and receiving.
Experience with post-go-live support in a fast-paced, production environment, managing troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Knowledge of integrating Oracle WMS with ERP systems and hardware like scanning devices is a plus.
Exceptional analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.
Prior experience in fast paced manufacturing, food production, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
