We are seeking
Manufacturing Engineers
to join our growing team in Little Chute, WI and Appleton, WI. Our Manufacturing Engineer will work to develop and improve the production processes for industrial fabrication of sheet metal products. This position will require the extensive use of SolidWorks to analyze and alter technical blueprints for parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities
Review the manufacturability of blueprints and make suggestions for process, design, and efficiency improvements
Develop, assess, and enhance manufacturing processes in a sheet metal fabrication setting.
Review and calculate labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making.
Develop production time studies, head count analyses, downtime analyses, and efficiency improvement plans
Work with engineering team to identify operational equipment and automation solutions
Works with management, engineering, and other internal departments to align manufacturing capabilities and production schedules.
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience
Knowledge of equipment for purchase, installation, and repair preferred
1-3 years of experience in a metals fabrication manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to work well under pressure - independently and as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Lean certification and/or experience required
