Project Management & Tracking: You will independently schedule and lead APQP readiness meetings, track actions from PFMEAs, and manage your priorities across multiple simultaneous capital programs.
Data Analysis & Validation: You will be responsible for reviewing and developing process capability studies and measurement systems analysis to validate that new equipment and processes are capable and reliable.
Documentation & Reporting: A key output of this role is the creation of final Production Part Approval (PPAP) documentation. You will also be responsible for formal reporting and presenting updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will interact daily with various departments, including Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, and Metrology, to ensure all aspects of quality readiness (e.g., CMM programming, validation results) are supported for each new capital program.
Work Environment: This is a 100% on‑site role in a factory setting. Your office will be located within the active production plant, requiring engagement with the manufacturing floor.
