The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Product Security Engineer to help lead Technology Release efforts for advanced Boeing defense platforms. This position is based in Berkeley, MO and you will work directly with Boeing program leadership, the U.S. export policy offices, and release authority customers to shape government policy and approvals that define Boeing product capabilities and usage. This is your chance to join the Boeing Anti‑Tamper Engineering Capability Center, tasked with protecting all critical computers across defense products to enable U.S. and export sales.

Position Responsibilities

Lead the BDS Technology Release team within the Anti‑Tamper Engineering Capability Center.

Work across the BDS portfolio to understand advanced technology capabilities and how our teams protect them.

Engage with the government Tri‑Service Committee and other approval authorities to define and obtain approval for requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

Aid programs in requirements understanding, solution implementation, and verification for release and export.

Travel to support customer coordination as expected.

Advance the design, development and maintenance of hardware and software‑based product security solutions for protection of critical military information and technology, including:

Support verification of requirements, design and implementation of security solutions and computing devices across multiple subsystem teams and technologies.

Accountable to program leads and management for day‑to‑day tasks, accomplishments, issues and concerns.

Apply collaboration skills by working effectively with external customers and subcontractors in a multi‑site and multi‑discipline program.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related field.

14+ years of engineering experience.

Experience in design and/or integration of systems or subsystems in the defense industry with tactical systems capabilities and operations.

Experience with government acquisition of military systems and/or government policy decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Top Secret Security Clearance.

Experience in the anti‑tamper or product security domain.

Demonstrated prior technical leadership.

Level 5: 14+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Security Clearance This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.

Must be eligible and willing to obtain additional security clearances.

Relocation This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Benefits & Compensation Level 5: $164,050 – $221,950
