Responsibilities

Scan, verify, process, and code vendor invoices.

Create and route workflows in ReadSoft to achieve a 3‑way match (PO invoices) or obtain manager approval (non‑PO invoices) for payment release.

Process and prepare payments for ACH, wire, and checks.

Collaborate with purchasing and field organizations to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Reconcile monthly vendor accounts for large vendors and others as needed.

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries about invoice status and payments.

Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and the ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Education and Experience

2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting; or an Associate’s Degree with 1‑2 years of related experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP; large ERP experience is required.

Strong analytical, time‑management, and organizational skills.

Self‑motivation and strong follow‑up/closure skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to reduce transactional error rates.
