Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist
Manage and oversee the immigration processes and global mobility programs for our Americas region-based employees and their families. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, coordinating with external legal counsel, and supporting employees through relocation and settlement.
Base Pay Range $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end the Americas region immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, TNs, and corresponding renewals, as well as green card applications.
Collaborate with external immigration attorneys to ensure timely and accurate submission of immigration petitions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulations and ensure compliance across the organization.
Coordinate global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, relocations, and tax equalization.
Support employees and their families through the visa application and relocation process.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and management, to align immigration and mobility strategies with business needs.
Track and report on the status of immigration cases, mobility assignments, and the Americas business traveler tax compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration and global mobility.
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
