across skilled‑nursing, home‑health, and home‑care networks. We are backed by leading healthcare and AI investors and headquartered in
El Segundo, CA .
Why This Role Exists Each provider we serve has unique clinical pathways, operational constraints, and revenue‑cycle workflows. You will translate those fuzzy needs into production‑grade
LLM‑powered agents
that automate chart review, risk stratification, care‑plan updates, prior‑auth packet generation, billing checks, and more—winning the technical sale, delivering the first deployment yourself, and guiding expansion across the customer’s enterprise.
What You’ll Do
Pre‑Sales Partner : Join discovery calls with AEs; white‑board data flows (HL7/FHIR, REST, Kafka); demonstrate rapid agent prototypes using Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangGraph, or AutoGen; and scope a clear implementation plan.
Own Implementation : Design, build, and refine autonomous workflows—configuring vector stores, grounding contexts, tool‑calling, and EHR webhooks; validate HIPAA compliance; shepherd the solution to go‑live.
Coordinate Stakeholders : Align clinicians, engineers, executives, and IT on timelines and success metrics; drive accountability with crisp updates and relentless follow‑through.
Iterate Fast : Review agent logs, hallucination rates, and clinical outcomes; crush edge cases; publish ROI dashboards that excite the customer’s C‑suite.
Expand the Footprint : Surface new agent use‑cases (e.g., denial prevention, supply‑chain optimization); scope them; and partner with Sales to close upsells.
Be the Face of Circadia : Travel on‑site, run trainings, host executive readouts, and cultivate champions who rave about our “unreasonable hospitality.”

Comfortable orchestrating
LLM agents
(OpenAI Assistants, Anthropic Claude, etc.) and configuring

Polished communicator who can translate transformer‑model quirks, predictive‑model outputs, and healthcare regulations to audiences ranging from CNAs to CTOs
Thrive in the intensity of a high‑growth startup; comfortable juggling multiple deployments at pace
Willing to spend the first month embedded with the LA engineering team; thereafter
hybrid Los Angeles + ~25 % travel
to customer sites
Hands‑on with
LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, DSPy,
or similar agent frameworks
Prior experience in healthcare IT (EHR/RPM, HL7/FHIR) or regulated cloud environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)
