We're working with a global manufacturing company that’s seeking a hands-on accounting and finance professional to join their growing U.S. team. This role plays a vital part in the company’s monthly financial close and treasury management, reporting directly to the Controller and supporting the Director of Finance with budgeting and forecasting.

What You’ll Do
Lead core month‑end close activities and ensure accurate general ledger accounting.
Oversee weekly and monthly cash forecasting and support the annual budgeting process.
Manage treasury operations and handle sales & use tax filings.
Maintain the fixed asset register and oversee lease accounting.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS reporting standards in coordination with the company’s Swiss parent.
Perform reconciliations and help improve financial processes and controls.
Collaborate with finance leadership on special projects and continuous process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5–8 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP; exposure to IFRS a plus.
SAP is preferred.
Detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a hybrid, fast‑paced setting.
