federal government services organization

supporting more than 50 operating entities nationwide. The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role within the

Corporate FP&A team , providing enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and analysis to senior leadership. This position offers high visibility, strategic impact, and strong internal growth potential within a well-established, fast‑moving organization.

What You’ll Do

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting for the enterprise

Lead processes for

Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs)

including pricing, documentation, and approvals

Manage B&P (Bid & Proposal) budget tracking and financial reporting

Maintain, configure, and improve

Deltek Costpoint

financial structure including orgs, accounts, indirect pools, and allocations

Develop balance sheet reporting packages and

cash flow / DSO forecasts

Work closely with multiple business units to ensure expenditure control and performance to budget

Provide advanced analytics using large data sets to deliver actionable insights to executives and operational teams

Support internal stakeholders in compliance with

CAS, FAR, SCA , and GovCon regulatory requirements

What You Bring

7+ years of progressive experience in GovCon finance, including

corporate FP&A

Deep experience with

Deltek Costpoint

(core financial modules required)

Experience with Cognos or similar financial reporting tools

Strong understanding of indirect cost structures, cost pools, allocations, and shared‑services environments

Experience with project control, project setup, and budget vs. spend tracking

Advanced Excel—pivot tables, advanced formulas, data queries; Power BI a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
