Responsibilities
Understand the Firm’s policies and procedures
Show key traits such as accountability, collaboration, excellence, and innovation
Maintain a utilization target of 80–85%
Deliver detailed Medicaid Asset Analysis reports with accurate and dependable data
Respond to requests with accurate and timely follow‑up
Qualifications
1–3 years of Medicaid eligibility experience (preferably in long‑term care)
Working knowledge of Medicaid programs across states
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Effective communicator with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
Able to manage time well, stay organized, and handle sensitive information professionally
Understand insurance industries, managed care programs, and Medicaid and Medicare guidelines
Understand and abide by best practices/HIPAA laws regarding dealing with clients and data
