Position Overview We are seeking a dependable
Medical Assistant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, passionate about patient care, and eager to contribute to a high‑quality healthcare setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $23–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and prepare patients for exams in a busy medical office
Record vital signs and patient history accurately in the EMR system
Assist providers with exams, phlebotomy, and clinical procedures
Schedule surgeries and manage pre‑op documentation
Educate patients on post‑visit instructions and follow‑up care
Maintain exam rooms, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness
Provide consistent, compassionate healthcare to a diverse patient population
Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely documentation
Qualifications
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
2–3 years of clinical or medical office experience required
Experience with phlebotomy and direct patient care
Proficiency in EMR systems and medical terminology
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
