Required Experience and Skills We are seeking a
proven technical leader
with a deep background in robotics and systems programming.
1. Core Technical Excellence (5+ Years Required)
Hands‑on software development
experience, with a focus on mission‑critical or real‑time systems.
Embedded Systems Expertise:
Proficiency with
RTOS , hardware interfaces, and low‑level programming for custom hardware controllers and sensor systems.
Robotics Software Stack:
Proven experience with
ROS2
(Robot Operating System 2) and implementation of complex motion planning, sensor integration, and real‑time control systems.
Systems Programming Proficiency:
Mastery of
Python
and
C++
in a modern software development environment.
2. AI & Computer Vision Mastery
Computer Vision (CV):
Practical experience implementing CV algorithms (using tools like
OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow ) for tasks like
object detection, pose estimation, and sub‑millimeter precision robotic guidance.
Machine Learning (ML) Pipelines:
Experience with ML platform development, including model training, deployment, and optimization for real‑time processing.
Sensor Fusion:
Experience developing systems that combine data from cameras, LIDAR, and other proprietary sensors.
Quality Control Systems:
Ability to design real‑time quality assurance systems using AI‑powered visual inspection.
3. Software Architecture Leadership
Distributed Systems:
Experience designing robust, scalable, and resilient distributed software systems for production manufacturing environments.
API Design:
Mastery of designing clean, scalable APIs and integration layers to connect digital design tools (like BIM/CAD models) to manufacturing execution systems.
DevOps & Tools:
Strong understanding of modern
CI/CD, containerization , and automated testing/simulation frameworks (e.g., Gazebo/Ignition) for software validation.
Code Leadership:
Experience leading code reviews, making architectural decisions, and mentoring a small team of engineers.
What You Will Actually Build Your hands‑on contributions will span the entire software lifecycle, from the low‑level firmware to high‑level AI planning.
Core Robotics Systems:
Design and optimize the embedded control systems and ROS2‑based stack for industrial robotic platforms.
