Responsibilities
Work independently as a contributor to a software development team.
Design, develop, and maintain front‑end applications for scalable software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations across diverse software tools, APIs, and data sources.
Define and develop software system architecture and design: requirements analysis, architecture definition, design, development, integration, and test.
Follow software development lifecycles for client‑side and cloud‑based software tools.
Apply Agile software development practices.
Collaboration with cross‑functional teams developing cloud, AI, and modern software solutions in an agile workflow. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include specification, architecture, and development of software applications that integrate with cloud‑native AI/ML technologies and client tools and pipelines. Design, develop, and deploy modern front‑end applications and software application integrations. Work closely with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, database developers, and cloud infrastructure teams to deliver integrated front‑end solutions. Occasionally, customer‑facing demonstrations of software technology are required.
Qualifications Required Skills
BS 8‑10, MS 6‑8, PhD 3‑5
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance
Required Technologies & Tools
Extensive experience with integration tools (Open APIs, RESTful services, Websockets, Swagger, Async Message Queues) – 5+ years
HTML/CSS/JavaScript – 3+ years
JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Next) – 5+ years
Experience with Software Development lifecycle practices and automations (Git/GitOps, CI/CD, Version Control, Testing)
Command‑line (CLI) proficiency (Bash, PowerShell, etc)
Software cloud and database deployment, management, tracing/monitoring
Compensation and Benefits Projected compensation range: Minimum $93,262.13 – Maximum $224,107.51. Additional factors include contract wage determination, work experience, skills, and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education, and certifications.
