Project Description We are looking for a German‑speaking Time Management expert to join an international support team located in Poland and Germany delivering SAP HCM service for German customers. In scope are Run and Maintenance service, 2nd and 3rd Level support, change requests, and projects, currently for SAP ERP version.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd and 3rd Level support for SAP HCM Time Management (PT/TE) solutions, ensuring high‑quality service for German customers.

Maintain and enhance existing SAP HCM Time Management configurations, including time evaluation schemas and rules.

Support change requests and drive implementation of enhancements in SAP HCM modules, particularly in Time Management.

Ensure seamless integration of Time Management with related modules like Payroll (PY‑DE), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).

Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.

Provide expert guidance on HR business processes and best practices related to Time Management.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and propose solutions.

Assist in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions to modern SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, H4S4, and SuccessFactors.

Document system changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with internal standards.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional experience in consulting, implementation, and application support of complex HCM solutions with a strong focus on Time Management (PT/TE).

Knowledge in related areas like Payroll (PY‑DE), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and a strong understanding of related HR business processes.

Hands‑on practice and implementation knowledge in PT/TE – time evaluation including developing and customizing schemas and rules, and knowledge of integration with Payroll.

Fluency in German and English.

High analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Commitment to the realization of assigned tasks.

Strong teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills

Experience in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions and integration with SAP’s new technologies (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).
